Vespera(月相)隱私權政策

Vespera(以下稱「本 App」)是一款經期與週期追蹤應用程式。我們非常重視你的隱私,本政策說明我們如何處理你的資料。

1. 我們如何處理你的健康與週期資料

你在本 App 中記錄的經期、症狀、心情、筆記、基礎體溫、體重等資料,僅儲存在你的裝置上(透過 Apple 的本機資料庫),並可選擇性地與 Apple「健康」App(HealthKit)同步。這些資料不會上傳到我們的伺服器,也不會與第三方分享或用於廣告

若你開啟「健康」同步,本 App 會在你授權下讀取經期、睡眠、步數、心率等資料以分析其與週期的關聯,並可將你記錄的經期寫回「健康」App。所有處理皆在裝置本機進行。你可隨時在 iOS「設定 > 隱私權與安全性 > 健康」中撤回授權。

2. 我們收集的分析與診斷資料

為了改善 App 穩定性與體驗,我們使用 Google Firebase 的下列服務:

這些資料不會與你的身分連結,不包含你的經期或健康內容,也不會用於跨 App/跨網站追蹤(本 App 未使用 IDFA/ATT 追蹤)。

3. 帳號

本 App 不需要註冊或登入帳號。訂閱透過你的 Apple ID 綁定,換裝置時以「恢復購買」還原。

4. 訂閱與付款

付費訂閱(月/季/年)透過 Apple App Store 處理,付款與續訂由 Apple 管理,我們不會接觸你的付款資訊。

5. 你的權利與資料刪除

你可隨時在 App 內「設定 > App 鎖與資料 > 刪除所有資料」一鍵清除裝置上的所有紀錄。寫入「健康」App 的資料請於「健康」App 中自行管理。移除 App 即會刪除其本機資料。

6. 兒童

本 App 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計,我們不會在知情下收集兒童的個人資料。

我們可能會不時更新本政策,更新時會修改本頁的「最後更新日期」。

Vespera — Privacy Policy

Vespera (the “App”) is a period and cycle tracking application. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. How we handle your health & cycle data

The periods, symptoms, moods, notes, basal body temperature, and weight you log are stored only on your device (via Apple’s on-device database) and may optionally sync with Apple Health (HealthKit). This data is never uploaded to our servers, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

If you enable Health sync, the App reads period, sleep, steps, and heart-rate data (with your permission) to analyze their relationship to your cycle, and can write your logged periods back to Health. All processing happens on-device. You may revoke access anytime in iOS Settings ➝ Privacy & Security ➝ Health.

2. Analytics & diagnostics we collect

To improve stability and experience, we use Google Firebase:

This data is not linked to your identity, contains no period or health content, and is not used for cross-app/cross-site tracking (the App uses no IDFA/ATT tracking).

3. Accounts

The App requires no account or login. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID; use “Restore Purchases” on a new device.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid subscriptions (monthly/quarterly/yearly) are processed by the Apple App Store. Payment and renewals are managed by Apple; we never access your payment information.

5. Your rights & data deletion

You can erase all on-device records anytime via Settings ➝ App Lock & Data ➝ Delete All Data. Manage Health-stored data in the Health app. Deleting the App removes its local data.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect changes.
