Furivo helps you organize pet health and care information. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Information in the app is for record-keeping and general informational purposes only. Consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet’s health and seek emergency care when needed.
2. Subscriptions
Furivo may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. The title, duration, price, and any trial terms are displayed before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are administered by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.
4. Your Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining appropriate backups. Data handling is described in the Furivo Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Furivo is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Apple Standard EULA governs warranty and liability terms.
